We were approached by a large industrial manufacturing business in Preston to carry out an upgrade of all the old distribution boards and cabling within an industrial production environment.

Challenge

The works needed to be carried out over a 26-week period and it was vital that the site remained fully operational, with production not affected in any way.

Solution

Working closely with the production management team, we were able to put all supplies and new distribution points in place to allow any changeover to be made out of hours or between shifts.

We installed 9 new Schneider 3Phase Distribution boards, 3 new Schneider 400A Panel Boards and all necessary SWA cabling

Result

The project was completed within the required timescales, without any disruption to production.
